Flu shots and COVID-19 vaccines/boosters are now available.

Missoula Public Health (MPH) is now offering COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots. These vaccines are available at MPH’s walk-in Immunization Clinic at 301 W. Alder St. and offsite clinics listed below.


People should bring a photo ID and their insurance card. COVID vaccination cards are no longer required. For those without insurance, there is a sliding fee scale for kids ages 18 and younger who qualify for VFC and for adults who qualify for the Bridge program.

NovaVax COVID-19 vaccines are available. This is a non-MRNA vaccine to reduce morbidity and mortality from COVID-19. This is offered to ages 12 and up. An appointment is required. Call 406.258.3363 to get scheduled.

Missoula Public Health is no longer offering COVID-19 testing.

This service stopped on Thursday, May 19, 2022Individuals needing testing should reach out to local pharmacies and walk-in clinics for services.

The health department's immunization clinic is located at 301 W. Alder Street in downtown Missoula between N. Orange St. and Woody St.  Parking is available in front of the building.
