COVID-19 Short-Term Employment Opportunities

Workweek:12-20 hours per week, with  weekends and holidays.

On-call: No.

Task: Completes daily assignments given by leadership. Screener/scheduler will answer phone calls from patients then screen and schedule COVID-19 testing appointments for them if they are eligible. Utilizes SaraAlert software to schedule patients identified as close contacts. Collects and accurately documents patient demographics and other information. Other duties as assigned.

Workweek: 30-40 hours per week, with rotating evenings and weekends and holidays.

On-call: No.

Task: Completes daily assignments given by leadership. Collects and accurately documents patient demographic, insurance, and screening/intake information.  Compiles paperwork and gather immunization records. Facilitates client flow so clients are seen in a timely manner. Works as member of a patient care team, assisting clinical staff to ensure efficient, accurate scheduling practices and quality client care. Other duties as assigned.

Workweek: 20-40 hours per week, with rotating evenings and weekends and holidays.

On-call: No.

Task: Completes daily assignments given by leadership. May greet and perform illness screening at vaccine clinic. May assist clients with paperwork and scheduling second dose appointments. Ensures workstations, public areas and staff areas are cleaned frequently. Works as member of a patient care team, assisting clinical staff to ensure efficient, accurate scheduling practices and quality client care. Other duties as assigned.

Workweek: 20-40 hours per week, with rotating evenings and weekends and holidays.

On-call: No.

Task: Prepares and posts COVID-19 vaccine billing claims in a timely manner. Audits and correct billing codes. Follows Medicaid, Medicare, third-party insurance contracts/billing procedures. Reviews and accurately corrects patient demographic, insurance, and screening/intake information.  May assist with posting payments. Other duties as assigned.

Workweek: 12-20 hours per week, mainly weekends and holidays.

On-call: No.

Task: Be a resource on all general COVID-19 information for community members. Direct callers to appropriate information on the Missoula county website or CDC website. Stay up to date on CDC guidelines, county and state directives. Act as a "funnel" for MCCHD - send callers to the proper departments. Cover for coworkers that are requesting time off. Relay pertinent COVID-19 updates to supervisors and coworkers. Follows all agency protocol and procedures, including wearing a face covering, proper hygiene, social distancing, and other measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 when working.

Other duties as assigned.

Task: ​Receives and completes daily assignment from  Administrative Leader Follows all agency protocols and procedures.

Processes incoming laboratory and provider reports in SR Fax and Copia for Missoula Testing Clinic results and compiles for RN Coordinator. Compiles and mails lab result letters to identified individuals by direction from RN Coordinator. Monitors voicemails and delivers messages to appropriate staff for follow up. Scans all testing records/patient information and saves per agency protocol. Follows-up with patients or labs to obtain relevant medical and demographic information.

Coordinates with Patient Services Group – Group Supervisor to report accurate and timely data updates.

Other duties as assigned.
